Stella wrote the words, and the band worked on the music together.
Anyone who knows me knows I put high regard on songwriting, and am always pushing musicians and singers to write their own material. that's why I was so proud of Stella coming forward with lyrics that were directly about where we were at, at that time, not just as a band, but personally. The 'art dive' she refers to was the New Humans Show we produced at the Goodman Building on Geary Street, San Francisco.
